Understand the usage rights and licensing agreements for our themes and modules.
These License Terms apply to all digital products (PrestaShop themes, modules, extensions, and related assets) purchased from our website.
By purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to these terms.
1. License Overview
All products are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a product, you receive anon-exclusive, non-transferable, ongoing license to use the item under the conditions described below.
We retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights. You are granted only usage rights.
2. Regular License (Standard Use)
Each purchase grants you the right to use the product for one single End Product.
An “End Product” is a completed PrestaShop website or store where the product is installed and used.
You MAY:
- Use the product on one live website (one domain / one project)
- Use it on development, staging, or local environments for the same project
- Modify the product for your own use within that same project
- Transfer the End Product to a client as part of a finished website delivery
You MAY NOT:
- Use the product on multiple independent websites or projects
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product in original or modified form
- Include the product in any template, framework, or product that is resold or distributed
- Provide direct access to the original files to third parties or clients
- Use the product to build a competing marketplace or similar product offering
3. Multiple Sites / Projects
If you want to use the product on more than one website or project, you must purchase an additional license for each separate End Product.
A new license is required even if:
- The websites are for the same company
- The websites are similar in structure or design
- The project is duplicated for multiple clients
4. Subdomains and Environments
A single license may cover:
- Main domain and its subdomains, only if they belong to the same project
- Development, staging, and production environments for the same End Product
A separate license is required if subdomains represent different projects or separate installations.
5. Support & Updates
Each license includes access to product updates and support for a limited period defined on the purchase page.
Support includes:
- Bug fixes
- Compatibility updates
- Installation assistance
- Guidance related to default functionality
Support does not include:
- Custom development
- Third-party conflicts
- Modifications to core functionality
- Full store setup or configuration
6. Prohibited Usage
- Redistributing our files (free or paid)
- Uploading our products to file-sharing platforms
- Claiming ownership of our code or design
- Using our products in illegal or harmful services
- Removing copyright or license notices
7. License Activation & Enforcement
We may use license validation mechanisms (such as domain activation or purchase validation) to ensure compliance with these terms.
If misuse is detected, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend license access
- Block updates and support
- Revoke usage rights
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. License purchase does not guarantee eligibility for a refund.
