Hi,
I activate watermark for image type: home, large and thickbox. This seems pretty fine for home and large but this just have no effect on the thickbox. I went through many actions : deactivate the watermark module, delete it , reinstall from the latest 1.5.1. The version of watermark module is 0.3.
