Hello.
For that you should go the file \themes\alysum\modules\blocknewsletter_ext\blocknewsletter_ext.tpl
and there you can change the text (line 51 and 68).

how do i get there? Sorry warning i’m an ultra noob when it comes to presta shop. Im on the module page for blocknewsletter_ext. but there is no way to open the code editor with it and i don’t have access to the database. so when you say \themes\alysum\modules\blocknewsletter_ext\blocknewsletter_ext.tpl i have no idea where that is or even where to start.

Hello, Yeah i looked at these thing u stated and i can not find anything to do with these texts on these boxes i only see translating and url stuff :s

What is the language you are using on the theme?
You need the following:
back-office > localization > translation
http://clip2net.com/s/2InD2
Check Installed modules
then Alysum
then check your language for site
and after that you will find the text here
